Job summary

Azusa Solutions LLC seeks a skilled PeopleSoft Administrator to join our team of consultants in the DC area. You will manage, maintain, and support our PeopleSoft environment, ensuring high availability and performance across development, test, and production.

Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with FS poly clearance and experience with PeopleTools, Oracle WebLogic, and database performance tuning. This role offers remote or hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–7+ years of PeopleSoft administration experience.
• Strong experience with PeopleTools installation and configuration.
• Web/application server administration experience.
• Experience with database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server).

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support our PeopleSoft environment.
• Handle system administration, performance tuning, upgrades, security, and reliability.
• Administer and support PeopleSoft environments (development, test, production).
• Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft components using Oracle PeopleSoft and Oracle WebLogic Server.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance packs.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot batch processes, integration broker, and application server domains.
• Manage PeopleSoft security (roles, permissions, access controls).
• Support Process Scheduler and batch processing.
• Collaborate with DBAs to optimize database performance (Oracle/SQL Server).
• Administer integrations with third-party systems.
• Manage backup, recovery, and DR procedures.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
