Job summary

Azusa Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Developer to join our team of consultants in the DC metro area. Active Top Secret clearance is required and candidates must be local to DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia.

The role focuses on designing, developing, upgrading, and supporting PeopleSoft applications, performing code reviews, and ensuring delivery timelines. You will collaborate with Business Analysts to meet client needs and improve system quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer related discipline
• Minimum of 7 year's experience with Peoplecode
• Minimum of 7 year's experience developing with PeopleCode and Application Engine
• Strong SQL background
• Understanding of Oracle database structures

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Business Analyst to understand client business needs and requirements.
• Assist in design and development of Peoplesoft applications based on business requirements.
• Upgrade and modify Peoplesoft applications as per business needs.
• Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications.
• Perform code reviews and recommend improvements.
• Identify and troubleshoot coding issues in a timely fashion.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines.
• Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities.
• Recommend new coding techniques to ensure quality and usability.

Pay Range

Pay Range $160,000 - $185,000. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, clearance level, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or other law.
