Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. (SFI), a two-time USA Today Top Workplaces awardee, is seeking a PeopleSoft Administrator (2nd Shift) to support our Federal Government clients with on-site administration and remote work flexibility.

You will manage PeopleSoft HCM and related modules, handle upgrades, testing, and ongoing maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant operations for government deployments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance.
• Experience administering or supporting PeopleSoft applications.
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM or related modules.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, configuration, and integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate resolution.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support PeopleSoft applications, including HCM and related modules.
• Support system maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and operational improvements.
• Assist with configuration, testing, issue resolution, and system optimization.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support integrations, data validation, and system monitoring.
• Assist with requirements analysis, documentation, user support, and training materials.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support business processes.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Government and customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
