Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a PeopleSoft Administrator to manage system operations for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a stable remote environment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in system administration and familiarity with upgrades and environment management. Responsibilities include administering environments, leading upgrades, and mentoring internal IT teams. This long-term contract role requires competence in PeopleTools and SQL Server.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Administrator to manage system operations and ensure stable, optimized PeopleSoft environments. This is for a REMOTE long-term contract.

Ideal candidates have a strong technical background supporting HCM 9.2 deployments in multi-environment setups.

Responsibilities

• Administer PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.60–8.62 environments
• Lead or support PeopleSoft upgrades, including PUM and DPK installations
• Manage DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD environments, WebLogic/Tuxedo, and database support (SQL Server preferred)
• Perform performance tuning, patching, troubleshooting, and post-upgrade stabilization
• Mentor internal IT teams on administration and best practices

Qualifications
