Job summary

ProLogistix–Employbridge is seeking a motivated Staff Performance Coordinator in Union City, GA to support client and vendor relationships, oversee attendance policies, onboarding and safety programs.

This role uses data to identify workforce challenges, conducts performance reviews, coordinates payroll, and guides associates through facilities tours; HR experience preferred. We offer a competitive base plus monthly bonus and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Customer service experience with client communication.
• HR experience or familiarity with HR processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas.
• Collects onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges using CRM/Power BI/time-attendance software.
