The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. As a Manager you will be accountable for securing project success and maintaining exemplary standards while enhancing your leadership style to motivate and inspire others to deliver quality.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 4 years of product management experience, ideally with HR tech, AI/ML products, or enterprise platforms

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Demonstrating leadership in team management
- Focusing on strategic planning and mentoring
- Facilitating project success and maintaining standards
- Enhancing leadership style and motivating teams

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
