• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team members and leaders, and adapt to business needs to deliver a positive guest experience.
• Lead recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Deliver on HR processes to maximize engagement and minimize disruption.
