Job summary

Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert in Closter, NJ to support store teams with recruiting, training and guest-focused HR services. You’ll help ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and coordinate scheduling and pay practices with guidance from HR leadership.

You should be friendly, adaptable and able to work across shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Comprehensive training and benefits programs are provided to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Understanding federal, state and local employment laws

• Effectively using scheduling software
