Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert to support staffing, scheduling, and employee development in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with store leaders to anticipate staffing needs, lead recruiting efforts, and train team members on HR processes and compliance.

Role requires excellent communication, a guest-focused mindset, and ability to adapt to shifting schedules including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and resolve issues to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates.
• Support teammate and leader training needs and advocate continuous learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies to mitigate risk.

Responsabilités

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests at 10ft and 4ft zones and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a positive team attitude.
• Deliver on HR processes and programs to maximize team engagement and minimize disruption.
• Support leaders in following compliance policies and staying safe.
