Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a senior HRIS/People Systems leader in New York to own vendor relationships, drive RFPs, and collaborate with IT on Oracle HCM integrations. This role partners across Talent Acquisition and People Operations to optimize workflows and enable AI-powered automation.

You will bridge IT and business stakeholders, ensure scalable processes, and lead system improvements across the People Systems portfolio, including Deel and related tools.

Qualifications

5+ years in HRIS/People Systems roles with vendor management experience.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM architecture, permissions, and integrations.
Experience leading change management and collaborating with IT/engineering.
Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real workflows with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary People Ops technical liaison for all People Systems matters.
Own vendor relationships and manage RFP processes.
Collaborate with IT and HR to design, prioritize, and roll out system enhancements.
Document changes and communicate updates to non-technical stakeholders.
Lead AI enablement initiatives with the AI team across People Ops.
