Job summary

Fanatics in New York is seeking an experienced People Systems lead to own HRIS strategy, manage vendor relationships, and drive Oracle HCM implementations. You will collaborate with IT, Finance, and HR partners to modernize workflows and automate processes.

Responsibilities include leading RFPs, scoping system enhancements, and guiding change management while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy across the People Operations portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRIS/People Systems with vendor ownership or RFP lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM or similar platforms for integration and configuration.
• Proven change management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary People Ops liaison for HRIS and system integrations.
• Own vendor relationships and lead RFPs for new tools.
• Support AI tool enablement and automation across People Systems.
• Document processes and communicate changes to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance on system enhancements and roadmaps.
