Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a seasoned leader for People Systems who will serve as the primary technical liaison, overseeing HRIS platforms and vendor relationships. You will drive design, implementation, and automation of workflows across Oracle HCM and related systems, partnering with IT and Finance to ensure scalable operations.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS/People Systems, strong Oracle HCM expertise, and hands-on AI tooling experience to improve processes and outcomes within a fast‑growing

Qualifications

5+ years in HRIS/People Systems roles, with vendor relationships and/or RFP experience.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM, including architecture and integrations.
Experience leading change management with partnerships across stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real workflows in People Ops.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary People Ops technical liaison for all People Systems matters.
Develop fluency across Oracle HCM and broader People Systems architecture.
Partner on design, rollout, and automation of People Systems workflows.
Communicate impacts of changes to People Ops, Finance, and IT.
Lead vendor management and RFP processes for People Systems tools.
