Apollo.io is seeking a People Systems & Solutions Manager to shape and drive a multi-quarter roadmap for the People organization, translating business needs into clear requirements, configuring platforms, and managing our People technology vendors in partnership with IT and People leadership.

This is an individual contributor role today; you will lead through expertise, sound judgment, and influence rather than direct authority, with potential growth into people management as the function

Qualifications

• Experience in People Systems, HR tech, or related fields.
• Shaping multi-quarter technology or process roadmaps.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and change management.
• Experience with vendor management and IT partnerships.
• Understanding of People data, reporting, governance, and automation.
• Ability to influence across a global organization without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver multi-quarter People Systems roadmap.
• Translate complex needs into scalable processes and configurations.
• Lead vendor evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management.
• Improve people data governance, reporting, and AI/automation opportunities.
• Collaborate across People, IT, Data, Payroll, Finance, and Legal.
