Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of Travere as we continue to grow in support of our commitment to identify, develop, and deliver life-changing therapies to people living with rare disease. During Travere Therapeutics' 11-week Early Career Talent Internship Program, beginning June 7, 2027, the intern will work in a hybrid environment (2 days onsite and 3 days virtually per week) and gain mentorship and cross‑functional exposure while contributing to team objectives. The internship program will conclude with an opportunity to deliver a final presentation summarizing project work, key findings, contributions, and learning from the internship to senior leadership.

The People Success Intern will support three project-based initiatives focused on employee experience, employee well‑being, and people analytics/HRIS optimization. During the program, the intern will gain exposure to how People Success uses employee feedback, process assessment, and data to strengthen organizational effectiveness and the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support an Employee Experience Assessment & Optimization project by assessing aspects of the end-to-end employee experience and identifying opportunities to improve processes, engagement, organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and retention.
• Support an Employee Well-Being Assessment & Optimization project by assessing current-state practices and identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement, resilience, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with People Success and HRIS stakeholders on an analytics and optimization project using available people data and systems.
• Gather and organize information through stakeholder discussions, process review, available data, and existing resources.
• Analyze findings, identify themes and opportunities, and develop practical recommendations for consideration by People Success leadership.
• Create clear project documentation, summaries, and presentation materials that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing project work, insights, recommendations, and key learnings.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in human resources, organizational psychology, business, analytics, communications, sociology, or a related field, with at least one semester to complete prior to graduation.
• Coursework or project experience involving research, data analysis, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, or HR systems is preferred.

Additional Skills/Experience:

• Interest in human resources/People Success, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and people analytics.
• Strong analytical, research, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; interest in HRIS and people analytics tools is preferred.
• Ability to handle employee-related information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
• All positions have an essential job function to be able to perform face to face work with colleagues and/or onsite in San Diego. No role is expected to be 100% remote.

Target Base Pay Range:

*$25 - 35 per hour
