Garage is seeking a proactive People Strategy & Operations generalist who will help build hiring processes for Sales, Marketing, and Growth. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership to shape the team and scale Garage as it grows.

You’ll translate business goals into structure and strategy, leveraging data and AI to improve hiring quality, speed, and outcomes in a fast-moving startup environment in New York.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-performance environment (e.g., strategy consulting, startup ops) or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Genuine excitement about Garage’s mission and early-stage journey.

Responsabilités

• Help build the Sales, Marketing, and Growth Operations teams powering Garage’s next stage, owning critical searches from role definition through close
• Partner directly with the executive team to define what great looks like and bring structure and judgment to high-impact hiring decisions
• Build and continuously improve Garage’s hiring engine, using data, experimentation, and AI to raise quality, speed, and efficiency
