Description:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global People Strategy team at Marsh McLennan. This role can be based in Philadelphia or New York City, and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a People Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our strategic people agenda across the organization. You will be responsible for enabling planning, conducting market research, developing insights, and identifying opportunities aligned to our strategic objectives and craft recommendations to support decision making for key stakeholders around the world. This role is instrumental in scaling consistent tools and practices across People Strategy initiatives, liaising with strategy, delivery and analytics teams, and subject matter experts to deliver a clear and cohesive portfolio of work. The applicable base salary range for this role is $84,800 to $138,600. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.
Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
