Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Specialist People Solutions professional to investigate sensitive HR and Associate Relations issues, conduct interviews, and analyze data to determine appropriate action.

You will partner with business leaders and Legal to resolve cases quickly and restore a positive work environment. You will independently manage casework from intake through closure, debrief partners on findings, and identify trends to mitigate risks.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1–3 years' experience
• Ability to apply logic in confrontational situations
• Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Ability to argue Dollar Tree's position persuasively

Responsabilités

• Investigate highly sensitive HR and Associate Relations issues
• Conduct complainant, witness and subject associate interviews; analyze data; adjudicate cases
• Propose corrective action, including termination when appropriate
• Produce completed investigation documentation
• Consult with partners and Legal on complex investigations
• Manager assigned casework to closure rapidly and definitively
• Debrief Business Partners and leadership on findings
• Analyze data to identify issue trends and mitigation opportunities
• Partner in revision of associate programs, policies, and practices

About Your Role:

• Investigate highly sensitive HR and Associate Relations issues, including Conducting complainant, witness and subject associate interviews; Analyzing data from various internal systems; Case adjudication; Proposing corrective action, including recommending termination when appropriate, based on investigation findings; Production of completed investigation documentation
• Consult and collaborate with business partners, peers, and Legal teams on complex associate investigations
• Independently manage assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitively
• Objectively debrief Business Partners and leadership on investigation findings
• Analyze aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for proactive issue mitigation
• Partner in analysis and revision of associate programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment

Your Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (BA / BS / BFA) or equivalent and 1-3 years' experience
• Ability to apply logic in confrontational situations
• Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Ability to argue Dollar Tree's position persuasively
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Lawson ERP, Workday

Preferred Requirements:

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP/SCP Preferred
• Bi-lingual

Start Rate = $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience plus 10% bonus.
