The NA Payroll Tax Analyst position is involved in all aspects of U.S. Payroll tax compliance. In this position you are responsible for assisting in the preparation and timely filing of the companys U.S. federal consolidated returns and state, and local payroll tax returns. In addition, responsibilities will include the preparation and management of the federal/state tax estimate and extension process, develop responses to state and local tax notices, and assist with federal and state tax audits which will include compiling documentation, reports and/or analytics. This position requires full working knowledge of multi-state payroll tax rules, an ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where attention to detail, analytical skills and strong communication skills are essential.
