The People Services & Support Lead is responsible for supporting, promoting, and enhancing employee health and wellness through effective benefits education, wellness initiatives, and leave management. This role partners closely with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure that wellness offerings are understood, accessible, and aligned with the evolving needs of our workforce.
This role will be based in our new plant in Rome, NY but will be remote in the meantime.
