Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain candidate records and update applicant tracking systems.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks and documentation.
• Prepare onboarding sessions, schedules, and required paperwork.
• Assist with employment eligibility verification (I-9) documentation.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HR records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws; support audits and reporting.
• Support employee engagement programs and internal communications.
