The People Services Manager - Employee Relations will collaborate with People Services, Organization and School Leadership in the management of Employee Relations (ER) services. The duties may include, but are not limited to ER projects, ER policies and procedures, ER investigations and ER compliance. This position will focus on resolving work-related problems and confer with leadership to determine appropriate action to maintain a productive work environment and achieve optimal performance while improving employee morale, employee satisfaction and minimizing legal risk. This position performs job duties with high standards of confidentiality regarding sensitive data, records, and situations. This position reports to the Director of People Services - Employee Relations or designee.
