Crusoe is seeking a People Research Scientist to lead the People Science & Workforce Intelligence research efforts. You will design and run rigorous studies on employee experience, manager effectiveness and organizational health across a distributed workforce, including field operations and offices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to measure program impact, establish leading indicators, and provide actionable insights that drive hiring, retention and performance at scale.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Science or related field.
• Experience with applied experimental design, hypothesis testing, longitudinal methods and causal inference.
• Experience with survey design, psychometric methods and employee listening programs.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data via SQL, Python or R.
• Experience in statistical analysis.

Responsabilités

• Own research design and scientific inquiry for people programs and workforce outcomes.
• Run longitudinal studies to learn what creates long-term success, engagement and retention.
• Define success measures linking programs to business outcomes like productivity and retention.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to design validated structured interviews.
• Monitor fairness and validity in hiring signals and use responsible AI practices.
