Crusoe is seeking a People Research Scientist to lead research for the People organization, bringing rigorous methods to hiring, retention, and people programs at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. You will study a distributed workforce and work across corporate, engineering and field teams.

You'll design experiments, run longitudinal studies, and synthesize external evidence to guide people strategy.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior or related field.
• Rigor with pragmatic approach to research questions.
• Experience with experimental design, longitudinal methods and causal inference.
• Experience with survey design and psychometrics.
• The ability to work with structured and unstructured data via SQL, Python or R.
• Experience in statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Comfort working with cross-functional partners and storytelling with data.
• You enjoy teaching as much as learning from others.

Responsabilidades

• Own research design and scientific inquiry for people programs and outcomes.
• Run longitudinal studies to learn long-term success, engagement and retention.
• Synthesize external research to identify best practices and gaps.
• Partner across corporate, engineering and field teams on studies.
• Apply ethics and data privacy in all employee research.
• Build evaluation plans for onboarding, leader development, and retention programs.
• Define success metrics linking programs to business outcomes.
• Design and validate structured interviews with Talent Acquisition.
• Monitor hiring signals for validity and fairness across processes.
• Scale listening programs and validate survey instruments across locations.
