The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with experience in employment law and HR practices. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and at least one year of related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant for managers on team member performance.
• Conduct investigations per Pella’s processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations issues.
