Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience focused on employee relations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations from intake through resolution.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong written communication for objective employee relations docs.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and judgment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for workplace conflicts, grievances, and policy violations.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
• Assist with coaching, discipline, performance improvement plans, and separations.
• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations and interviews.
• Prepare investigation reports and present findings to leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality and escalate high-risk matters as needed.
• Support policy updates and related training initiatives.
