Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Florida is seeking an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to oversee the community’s recruiting and onboarding, ensuring accurate ATS postings, sourcing and screening candidates, and organizing hiring events.

You will conduct post-offer screenings including background checks, drug testing, fingerprinting, license verifications, and employment eligibility, conduct orientation for new hires, and serve as the benefits designee assisting with enrollment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1-2 years HR experience with at least one year of recruiting experience in hospitality or healthcare preferred.
• Proficient with ATS, onboarding applications, and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the community’s recruiting and onboarding efforts.
• Ensure accuracy of job postings in the ATS, source and screen candidates, and organize hiring events.
• Conduct post-offer screenings (background checks, drug screening, fingerprinting, license verifications, employment eligibility).
• Conduct orientation for all new hires and serve as benefits designee for enrollment questions.
