Saber Healthcare Group in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an experienced HR/Payroll Administrator to manage payroll and HR processes for a busy skilled nursing facility. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in processing payroll and personnel records.

You will support recruitment, onboarding and retention, ensure compliance with FLSA/FMLA/ADA/OSHA, and maintain HRIS data integrity while collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years' experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
• Solid knowledge of payroll laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate HRIS software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer and perform HR/payroll functions for the community.
