Chalhoub Group invites applications for a People Partner Trainee position. You will gain hands-on exposure to the employee journey and collaborate with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Operations, and line managers to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement across the business.

You will visit stores and offices to understand the employee experience, maintain trainee records, and contribute to UAE National initiatives.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Genuine interest in Human Resources, People & Culture and employee experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with different people.
• Approachable personality and positive energy.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Openness to coaching, feedback and continuous development.

Responsabilités

• Gain hands-on exposure to the employee journey and People Partner function.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities and manage follow-ups.
• Attend interviews to understand the hiring process.
• Assist in employee engagement, check-ins and UAE National initiatives.
• Maintain trainee progress records and prepare simple reports.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, L&D and HR Operations as required.
• Support communication with UAE National representatives across the business.
