Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking an HR Generalist to provide hands‑on support across the employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment. You will coach managers, support talent development, manage employee relations, and help implement HR policies and processes.

You will partner with managers to drive performance, wellbeing, and organizational initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment law across US sites. This role involves visa coordination and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role is required.
• Proficient in HR policies, practices, and employment law.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with discretion.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and partnering with employees and managers at various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Managers and their teams.
• Support org development and change management.
• Offer coaching on career development, performance improvement, and navigating company policies to help employees maximize their potential and maintain a positive work environment.
• Employee Well‑being: supporting social and psychological well‑being of employees and delivering related programs.
• Talent Planning: coach managers on career paths and development plans; identify underperforming employees and develop improvement strategies.
• Employee Relations: coach managers to address conflicts and investigate complaints; manage progressive discipline.
• Data & Analytics: leverage people analytics and reporting to support KPIs and HR audits.
• Policy and Procedures: translate HR policies to meet business needs and execute HR processes locally.
• Training Content Delivery: provide management and employee training; support annual HR processes like reviews and calibrations.
• Employee/Manager Services: work with immigration attorneys to facilitate visas and life-cycle changes.
• Miscellaneous: participate in ad hoc HR projects and travel up to 20% across US sites.
