Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Share People Partner for Core AI Foundations to drive organizational effectiveness and people strategy across leaders and teams. You will partner with VP-level leaders, shaping workforce planning, design, and talent initiatives while upholding Google's culture and data-driven decision making.

You will coach and advise leaders, manage organizational health programs, and ensure equitable people practices across regions and functions within the Core AI Foundations group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting VP-level leaders.
• Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting VP-level leaders.
• Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience driving change across an organization, managing stakeholders across teams at all levels.
• Experience working as a management consultant, working with external clients.
• A combination of HR experience in the following areas: Organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.

• Build strong relationships with leaders and provide sound HR guidance on future or undefined problems, balancing client, business, and company needs against risks, with a focus on People consequences and reactions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the client organization, advising several Vice Presidents (VPs) across many countries and job families in the development of People Plans.
• Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
