Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to coach managers and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience managing HR programs with a focus on operational excellence.
• High comfort level with HRIS systems configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first call for coaching on employee relations and performance management.
• Own the design, launch, and management of core people programs.
• Act as primary lead for reporting and data trends to influence people strategy.
• Facilitate cultural onboarding for new hires to align with OfferUp's mission.
