Responsibilities

• Own the People partnership for a defined client group—from individual contributors up through Sr Managers—within one of our fastest-moving parts of the business.
• Coach and advise managers, run the core people cycles, handle employee relations with objectivity, fairness, empathy, and manage the tactical work that keeps the org healthy.
• Work alongside a Sr People Business Partner who owns the most senior and strategic leadership responsibilities.
