  • Develop understanding of assigned business unit’s strategy and identify people/talent implications

  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on people topics including performance management, career development, feedback, and navigating complex conversations

  • Assist in managing employee relations issues, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with senior HR team members on conflict resolution and disciplinary matters

  • Assist in providing insights on workforce planning, org structure, and succession planning with guidance from senior team

  • Assist managers with questions regarding company policies and procedures

  • Support the execution of company‑wide talent programs like annual talent assessments and compensation reviews

  • Own and deliver smaller projects from conception through execution (e.g., engagement initiatives, team redesigns, onboarding program improvements)

  • Prepare basic HR reports and documentation as assigned.

  • Support the development and distribution of internal HR communications and announcements

  • Attend and contribute to team training, meetings, and professional development opportunities

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability and willingness to learn from feedback and grow in the role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast‑growing or rapidly scaling company.

  • Familiarity with HR best practices and current employment law trends.

  • Background in recruiting, employee relations, people operations, or organizational development

  • Exposure to employee engagement programs or workplace culture initiatives.
