Improving how we live, work, and move today and for the next generation! We know that the only way a business thrives is if our people are thriving. That’s why we always put our people first. Our global, diverse team would be happy to support you and challenge you to grow in new ways. Who knows where our shared journey will take you?

Come transform everyday with us!

Do you love manufacturing? Then this is the perfect role for an experienced People & Organization (HR) professional!

You will join the US People & Organization (HR) team, partnering directly with our Dallas Fort Worth manufacturing plant leadership team to support a fast-paced production environment. You will serve as an on-site People Partner, providing practical, hands-on support while bringing an enterprise-level perspective to people and organizational topics. You will also serve as a trusted, highly visible point of contact for employees and leaders on people’s matters that require human judgment, empathy, and direct interaction.

In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing leaders and frontline supervisors to translate operational goals into effective people experience strategies that drive safety, productivity, engagement, and performance. Leveraging a broader HR ecosystem, a central priority will be safeguarding consistent, high-quality people experience, managing complex and sensitive people relations matters, sensing local workforce needs, and connecting leaders and employees to standard P&O solutions and the right ecosystem partners.

The ideal candidate is an experienced P&O People Partner with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, a proven ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations, and a track record of aligning people initiatives with business outcomes such as operational excellence, growth, and employee engagement. The candidate must also demonstrate sound judgment in escalated employee situations, strong local compliance discipline, comfort operating across digital and human interaction models, and the ability to build trust through consistent shop-floor presence.

We are looking for a People & Organization (HR) People Partner. This position will be onsite at our Dallas Fort Worth (Alliance) manufacturing plant.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Creating and executing people experience priorities, including local leadership development, people experience, workforce development, and talent planning, derived directly from the business strategy to ensure alignment and organizational success. Within the evolving P&O operating model, the role will focus on translating those priorities into an effective local people experience rather than independently designing customized P&O programs outside established standards.
  • Serving as a trusted and accessible point of contact for employees and leaders on complex people-related topics that require human judgment, direct interaction, and thoughtful resolution.
  • Managing complex, escalated, and emotionally sensitive people relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, policy interpretation, and employee concerns
  • Ensuring local compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and P&O policies, including effective partnership with employee representatives where required.
  • Partnering with local business leaders to generate actionable data insights that drive decisions and align with forward-looking performance metrics like revenue, profit, growth, and order intake. Understanding changes in regional workforce trends and markets, evaluating workforce impact, and consulting on risk mitigation.
  • Organizing for impact to improve factory efficiency and productivity using workforce data, metrics, and clear data storytelling. Contributing to data and knowledge management that strengthens decision quality and supports AI readiness.
  • Leading critical conversations with local leaders and teams to tackle complex challenges, improve leadership and team effectiveness, and guide the organization through local changes.
  • Supporting the development of local leaders, with particular focus on frontline and mid-level manufacturing leadership.
  • Ensuring consistent and high-quality people experience across interactions with employees and leaders, while connecting needs across shifts, functions, and business groups.
  • Staying close to the pulse of the organization by actively sensing local needs, identifying recurring issues, and feeding practical insights to the P&O Ecosystem to improve standard offerings.
  • Fostering relationships to enable seamless integration and opportunities for alignment across the internal ecosystem, including GBS (shared services), EHS, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Organization, Compensation & Benefits, People Relations, Labor Relations, and the Impact team including Governance & Compliance
  • Connecting the dots for complex local activities such as factory ramp-up, reorganizations, workforce transitions, and other changes that affect leaders, employees, and the employee experience.
  • Supporting simplification, harmonization, and adoption of standard P&O policies, processes, digital tools, AI-enabled solutions, and self-service resources. Identifying recurring transactional topics that may be suitable for automation and routing those opportunities through the appropriate P&O channels.
  • Acting as a bridge between digital and human interaction models by directing routine needs to standard or self-service solutions while concentrating on personal support where human touch creates meaningful value.
  • Challenging the status quo and asking, "What if?" and "Why not?" while avoiding unnecessary local customization and promoting scalable, compliant, and employee-centered solutions.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • 8-10 years of HR experience with knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and management consultation and coaching.
  • 8-10 years in leadership coaching, collaboration and networking, persuasion and influence, and stakeholder management.
  • 5+ years of workforce transformation, discussion, and workshop facilitation.
  • 8-10 years of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment and with hourly teams in a multi-shift operation.
  • 8-10 years of experience working in a matrixed environment and successfully managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability and willingness to travel, estimated at 10-20% for this position.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Demonstrated experience handling complex, escalated, or sensitive employee matters with sound judgment, empathy, confidentiality, and appropriate partnership with specialist teams.
  • Working knowledge of labor and employment compliance in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility through high-touch engagement with employees, frontline leaders, and plant leadership across multiple shifts.
  • Digital fluency and willingness to promote standard, self-service, AI-enabled, and automated P&O solutions while recognizing when direct human support is required.
  • Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience partnering with employee representatives or unions.(Note: currently these are non-represented factories)
