Freight Breakers is seeking an Admin/Recruiter to join the White Haven, PA team. The role involves sourcing diverse candidates, developing and posting job descriptions, and interviewing applicants to assess qualifications.

You will hire for Branch Operations after background checks and drug screening, while maintaining employee files and assisting with payroll. The position is full-time, in-person, with a typical 40-hour week and a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years in staffing or recruitment; entry level encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent research and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source quality and diverse candidates through multiple venues.
