Wooded Glen Recovery Center is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to partner with facility leadership and the Regional HR team. You will support employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Bring 3+ years of HR experience, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS systems. This on-site role at Henryville, Indiana offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for leadership development

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations.
• Experience partnering with supervisors and managers to resolve issues; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday preferred.
