Job summary

Wooded Glen Recovery Center in Henryville, Indiana, seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to partner with the Regional HR team and support HR services at the facility. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations while promoting a positive employee experience.

The role focuses on workforce planning, performance support, and data management using HRIS tools, with emphasis on confidentiality and teamwork across departments in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive HR experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations.
• Experience partnering with supervisors and managers to resolve employee issues and support day-to-day HR activities.
• Healthcare experience preferred; behavioral healthcare experience is a plus.
• Experience utilizing HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment plans and interview scheduling with the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Assist with onboarding, pre-employment screening, and new hire communications.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Assist with HR policy interpretation, compliance, and auditing readiness.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate workforce metrics.
