The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in HR, preferably in healthcare, and solid knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR or related field required OR high school diploma plus related experience.
• Two+ years HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates new hire and benefits orientation.
• Maintains employee data in HRIS and manages training programs.
• Supports recruitment: job postings, scheduling interviews in ATS.
• Pre-employment screening and offer letter preparation.
• Onboards new hires and verifies licensures/certifications.
• Ensures confidentiality and compliance of HR records.
• Generates monthly reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
