Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in people operations or HR operations at a high-growth startup.
• Experience coordinating payroll/benefits/compliance across multiple entities or countries is a strong plus.
• Warm, approachable, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Highly organized and process-driven with ability to build scalable systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding for new hires and departures, including equipment, systems access, and first-week logistics.
• Coordinate payroll across multiple international entities with payroll providers as needed.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure ongoing compliance across entities.
• Run office and team operations, host guests, coordinate team events, and manage day-to-day office needs.
• Build and improve people ops processes and systems as the team scales.
• Support the leadership team's operating cadence as needed.
