Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, I-9, and HR system updates.
• Assist with recruitment activities including interviews and offers.
• Partner with managers on policy questions, benefits, leave, and workplace matters.
• Maintain HRIS records and personnel files with data accuracy.
• Support compliance, reporting, and performance management.
• Contribute to HR policy development and employee resources.
• Prepare HR reports for management review.
• Assist with employee relations and escalate complex issues.
• Support special projects and process improvements.
