Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, people operations or HR operations.
• Excellent organizational and data-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience with HR systems and data reporting.

• Manage headcount release and position tracking across systems.
• Oversee hiring request workflows and approval queues.
