Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for manufacturing employees, including scheduling and follow-up.
• Coordinate training programs and manage validation, certification, and records.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR/onboarding/training questions and protect confidentiality.
• Identify process improvements and help scale HR/training programs as the site grows.
• Support site-wide employee engagement and readiness initiatives.
