Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 Annual Salary

The People Operations & Total Rewards Specialist is a key member of the People & Empowerment team responsible for delivering an accurate, efficient, and employee-focused experience across core People Operations and Total Rewards programs. This role owns the day-to-day administration of our people systems, including benefits administrations, and contributes positively to initiatives that strengthen the overall employee experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to support others. They bring a growth mindset, strong follow-through, sound judgment, and an openness to learning and improving along the way.
