Job summary

Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert in Sarasota to support store teams with talent management and scheduling. The role includes guest-facing interactions, HR processes, and recruiting support to ensure a smooth operation and great guest experiences.

Starting hourly rate is $17.00 USD with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided to help you grow in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment at our Sarasota store.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate across multiple devices and use handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of handling cash register operations and lifting up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience and assist guests in finding what they need.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and politely to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
