Job summary

KIPP Massachusetts is seeking an HR & Talent Coordinator to support employee lifecycle operations, recruitment and HR compliance across our Lynn and Boston districts. The role collaborates with school leaders, the Regional Office, and the Talent Team to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and outstanding service.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced nonprofit education environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor7s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in nonprofit or K-12 education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience for employees from hire through separation.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires re: employment paperwork and onboarding.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters, recommitment letters, MOUs, and other employment communications.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics with managers, school leaders, and regional staff for new employees.
• Coordinate employee exit processes and complete offboarding activities.
• Complete employment verification requests on time.
