Job summary

KIPP Massachusetts is seeking an HR and Talent Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will ensure accurate employee data, coordinate key HR processes, and assist recruitment and retention initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, you will collaborate with school leaders and Regional Office staff to maintain compliance and deliver exceptional service to candidates and employees.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Computer literacy with Google Suite.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word (Microsoft Office).
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in nonprofit or K-12 education (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees from hire through separation.
• Maintain employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Support payroll processing by entering employee changes and tracking adjustments.
• Assist with employment compliance, audits and reporting.
• Support recruitment events and candidate sourcing activities.
• Collaborate with HR and Recruitment teams to improve workflows and candidate experience.
