KBR, Inc. in Houston is seeking a People Operations Specialist to provide operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient delivery of People services and a positive employee experience.

You will process HR transactions, maintain data in Workday, and collaborate with HR partners, Payroll, and other stakeholders to support business needs. This role requires strong organization, precision, and a customer-service mindset; office four days a week at the KBR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 0–3 years of HR experience; 8–15+ years accepted in lieu of formal education.
• Proficient with HR systems; Workday experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support employee lifecycle processes from hire to exit.
• Process and maintain employee data in Workday and HR systems.
• Prepare and manage HR records and correspondence.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries.
• Generate standard and ad hoc HR reports.
• Coordinate responses to employment documentationRequests with stakeholders.
• Assist with People programs and process improvements.
• Support employee engagement and inclusion initiatives.
• Collaborate with People Team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate data and timely actions.
• Leverage HR data to identify process improvements.
