Job summary

Zühlke is seeking a motivated People Operations Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle in a global, collaborative environment. You will provide guidance to employees and managers, prepare HR documents, and maintain accurate records.

With 3+ years in People Operations and excellent English, you will thrive in a proactive, service-minded role that spans international teams. The position offers flexible hours, work-from-home options, and a profit-sharing scheme.

In this role, you'll help shape positive moments throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

• Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on general HR-related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Prepare reference letters, certificates, and a variety of personnel-related documents.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring our HR systems are accurate and up to date.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of employment contracts.
• Collaborate with our external payroll provider by providing accurate employee data for payroll processing.
