Applied Intuition, a Sunnyvale-based AI and autonomy software company, is seeking a People Operations Program Manager. The role focuses on treating the employee lifecycle as an interconnected program and delivering structured, scalable processes across locations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in people operations, strong program management, and a solid grasp of HR policies and labor law, with a proven record of building scalable processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in people operations or HR generalist roles with stakeholder management.
• Strong program management background to design, optimize processes, and scale documentation.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, labor and employment law, and compliance requirements.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive program improvements.
• Proven track record of building scalable processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Build and maintain documentation systems, process workflows, and program frameworks.
• Design, implement, and scale employee programs across teams and locations.
• Own HR policy development, interpretation, and compliance with labor laws.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, internal applications and Engineering to align programs with business goals.
• Analyze people operations data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
