Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is hiring for an HR partner to deliver proactive employee engagement initiatives in a manufacturing setting. You will leverage HRIS systems and Google Sheets to extract insights, guide staffing, and support talent development across plant operations.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in HR within industrial environments, plus expertise in onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. Strong collaboration with plant leadership is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive human resources experience, ideally supporting a manufacturing, plant, or industrial operations environment.
  • Technical proficiency utilizing HRIS software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Google Sheets) for data collection and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting foundational HR processes, such as employee relations tracking, compliance documentation, or onboarding.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior HR support experience within a multi-national CPG, FMCG, or high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance HR workflow efficiency and reporting.
  • Strong consultative problem-solving skills, stakeholder communication, and comfort working on the plant floor alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).
Compensation And Benefits

Salary Range $100,000.00 - $127,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
